- Experience leading multiple active searches for roles based in technical verticals. Leadership Hiring experience is a big plus. Has worked and successfully closed the open positions in the areas of AI, Big Data, Web Technologies, ERP and other Open-source technologies.

Responsibilities
- You will take complete ownership and responsibility of the recruitment process. Define the and manage the recruiting process through sourcing, screening, and selection.
- This role is Responsible and accountable for filling open roles. Conduct external recruitment activities to include proactive sourcing techniques (i.e. networking, cold calling, hackathons, internet data mining, etc.)
- Leverage the internet, social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates and create contacts within the industry. Build and maintain positive partnerships with clients, Vendors, internal colleagues.
- Ensure timely coverage on open requisitions assigned with a focus on quality. Continually strives to increase and expand knowledge of new recruiting tools and techniques.
- Understand broader business objectives and position requirements accordingly. Be able to explain the employee value proposition to prospective candidates and always ensure a healthy pipeline of prospects.
- Track recruitment metrics, conducts analysis and creates periodic reports to present to the business. Work with the operations teams for coordination as required.

You will be responsible for testing the web application on tight timelines and work proactively with Business Analyst, Development Team the client. Below are the roles & responsibilities and qualifications for this job profile:
Roles & Responsibilities
1.Follow and adhere to Web Best Practices as laid out by the client.
2.Perform Functional and UAT testing on various web based components.
3.Performing manual scripted and exploratory testing of web software applications.
4.Designing and executing test cases covering all the functionalities.
5.Bug investigation, reporting and verification.
6.Co-ordinating with Development team in closing the defects raised during System Integration and UAT.
7.Work with client Business Team during UAT phase & post production phase.
Qualification
1.Graduate in any discipline.
2.3+ years of overall experience.
3.2+ years working experience on Web Based applications.
4.Certification on ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualification Board), Advanced Level Agile Technical Tester, Certified Software Tester is preferable.
