Dr. V. Damodaran (Dan)

Founder & CEO

Damodaran (Dan) Venkatesan has over 25 years of experience in IT, Financial Services and Academia spread across USA, UK and India. He co-founded and for over 12 years, led as CEO & Managing Director of Ameex Technologies, a Global Digital IT Services company with over $20 Million revenue and 500+ team members spread across USA, Singapore and India. After the acquisition of Ameex Technologies by Perficient Inc (Nasdaq: PRFT) in October 2022, he continued to serve as General Manager until January 2024.

Between years 2007 and 2010, Dan served as Director, Centre for University-Industry Collaboration (CUIC) of Anna University, Trichy and conducted various Campus Placement Drives for thousands of students from the 55 Engineering Colleges affiliated to Anna University. Over 10+ years, he has served in various capacities at Motorola Inc and Moneris Solutions (JV between Royal Bank of Canada and Bank of Montreal) at their Chicago offices in USA.

Dan holds a PhD in Management Studies from Anna University, Chennai and MBA from Booth School of Business, University of Chicago and also MS (Software Engineering) from University of Toledo, Ohio, USA.

Prathap Venkatesan has over 25 years of experience from different roles with analytics, consulting, engineering, business development and project management across corporations and industry verticals. He was the Founder and CEO of i2 Decisions, a pure-play data analytics company, which was later merged with Ameex Technologies, a Global Digital IT Services company with over $20 Million revenue and 500+ team members spread across USA, Singapore and India, where he served as its Chief Growth Officer. After the acquisition of Ameex Technologies by Perficient Inc (Nasdaq: PRFT) in October 2022, he continued to serve as Managing Director until March 2024.

Prathap holds an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Masters in Computer Science from University of Illinois at Chicago and a Masters in IT Project Management from George Washington University.

TL Narayanan

Senior Director

T L Narayanan (TLN) has 35 plus years of experience in Information Technology space and with a domain background in Insurance businesses.  He took early retirement from Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTS) in 2019 as Strategic Business Unit Head and since then providing consultancy to mid-sized IT companies.  Prior to joining Cognizant, he was managing AIG’s (American International Group) Captive Unit in India.

TLN had a long stint of service at Life Insurance Corporation of India – one of the largest Life Insurance Company in India. He had travelled extensively with exposure to various client environment and culture across globe.  His focus throughout the professional journey has been client satisfaction, delivery excellence and people management.

Sathish is a senior management leader with over 28 years of expertise in public affairs, government relations, client relationship management, industry engagement, international relations, marketing communications, corporate strategy and business outreach.
He had led state, regional and international operations in India / abroad. Sathish holds a double Masters’ degree in Communication and Business Administration.
He has been serving as an Honorary Representative to Singapore in Chennai, South India since year 2017.

Mani is a senior finance, cost and operations leader with 27 plus years of experience in Information Technology (IT) Services organisation with special focus on Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Pricing, creation of a Profit & Loss Management Culture, Due Diligence, Enterprise Monetization, Core Accounting, Real Estate creation and Facilities operation.

Mani is a certified Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)

Mushtaq is a Business Development professional with more than a decade of experience in Employer Engagement, Events, Marketing Communications, Vendor Management, Marketing and Sales.

He has led Business development activities and guided the creative team in building strategies for sales, ideation in event planning and presented creative marketing techniques, operational module design among other expert areas. He had headed a project with Nasscom Foundation to place several trained PwD candidates in various small, medium and large companies. He has handled over 100 corporate clients effectively, especially during the Mega Job Fairs conducted for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and Transpersons.
